monoprint art

I dag skulle jeg lige lege med monoprint, det er en lille håndlavet trykplade som jeg lavede for nogle måneder siden. I dag kom der dette fine kort ud af det, jeg tilføjede lidt håndtegnede detaljer. Der er hvid konvolut med.

 

Jeg lavede også et par scrap kort, jeg håber at de falder I jeres smag.

 

making collagraph print plates

Here I am working on a collagraph printing plate, cutting and making marks and patterns.

The next step is to varnish it before the first print. 
It takes a few steps to make a print plate, so I hope it will be fine.

I'll put it on my art site when I'm done, hopefully.

here is a print with leaves, it has to be framed later on.

Now I jumped into teaching myself to make collagraf printing   ;)

First I made a small printplate, practice, practice, practice ...

So I made the first print on a collage I had lying around, it is quite ok I think.

I will work more on this type of work, it's exciting.
